These rules explain how H|M Opportunity Engine records referrals, confirms commissions and arranges payouts. Join free or open your Affiliate Dashboard.
Free signup and your referral link
There is no fee to join and no requirement to purchase a membership. Completing affiliate registration activates your account. New free Starter Explore accounts also receive an affiliate account automatically. Sign in to your Affiliate Dashboard to copy your personal referral link. Affiliate registration does not provide access to paid opportunity listings.
Commission
Affiliates earn 20% of each eligible, verified K200 membership payment from a customer referred through their personal link. This equals K40 per payment. The same rate applies to each qualifying monthly renewal that the referred customer pays. Commission applies to eligible K200 membership access; other services are excluded unless separately agreed.
Tracking and eligibility
A customer must open your personal referral link before registering so the referral can be attached to their account. Before registration, the referral cookie lasts 30 days. If more than one affiliate link is used before registration, the last tracked affiliate receives attribution. Once the account is linked, the original affiliate remains attached for qualifying paid renewals. Cookies and browser settings can affect tracking; customers should register in the same browser where they opened your link.
Free registrations, unpaid orders, complimentary access and self-referrals earn no commission. Joining the affiliate programme or recruiting another affiliate does not by itself earn commission.
Payment confirmation and refunds
Commissions become payable after H|M confirms receipt of the customer payment. Each eligible payment can generate only one commission. Refunded or reversed payments are excluded from payable commissions. Adjustments to commissions already paid will be reconciled with the affiliate.
Payouts
H|M reconciles confirmed commissions and arranges manual payouts by bank transfer or mobile money. The payout date and payment details are confirmed with the affiliate. Recording a commission does not transfer funds automatically. Use the contact page to arrange payout details.
Sharing your link
Describe the membership and its price accurately, and tell your audience that you may earn a commission from eligible payments. Share in groups or channels where promotion is welcome. Do not promise jobs, scholarships, sponsorship or visas; outcomes remain subject to the relevant employer or provider’s requirements.
